Is there a free trial?
Yes! The Basic and Pro plans include a 2-week free trial. Try them risk-free—you won't be charged until your trial ends. Zero is available immediately with no trial.
What is the Zero plan?
Zero is our bring-your-own-key (BYOK) plan, for users who want TabMail's AI to run on their own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google API account. Your subscription covers TabMail's infrastructure—sync, push notifications, and secure AI routing—while AI usage is billed directly by your provider. It includes no priority AI budget: without your own keys, AI agent requests still work but run at the slower shared-queue pace. A note on cost: depending on your provider and model choice, TabMail's AI features can consume a significant API bill on your account — running on TabMail's own AI infrastructure (the Basic and Pro plans) is generally 10–100× cheaper for the same usage.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I switch plans?
Absolutely! Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Switching to a lower tier takes effect at the end of your billing period—you'll keep your current features until then. Note: Upgrading from Basic trial to Pro ends your trial and starts Pro billing immediately.
What happens if I reach my usage limit?
Your service continues to work, just at a slower pace. You can upgrade anytime for immediate access to higher limits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the same rate. You can cancel anytime through your TabMail account—cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you'll keep full access until then. No additional charges apply after cancellation.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
With yearly billing, you save on your subscription compared to paying monthly. All prices exclude applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required.
When does my billing cycle reset?
Billing cycles are based on UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) anniversary dates. Your billing period resets at midnight UTC on your anniversary date, which is determined by when you first subscribed. For example, if you subscribed on January 15th at 3:00 PM EST, your billing cycle will reset on the 15th of each month at midnight UTC, regardless of your local time zone.
