Can I switch plans?
Absolutely! Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Switching to a lower tier takes effect at the end of your billing period—you'll keep your current features until then. Note: Upgrading from Basic trial to Pro ends your trial and starts Pro billing immediately.
What happens if I reach my usage limit?
Your service continues to work, just at a slower pace. You can upgrade anytime for immediate access to higher limits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. When you cancel, you'll keep full access until the end of your billing period—no additional charges. You can resubscribe whenever you're ready.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
With yearly billing, you get 1 month free—that's 12 months for the price of 11.
When does my billing cycle reset?
Billing cycles are based on UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) anniversary dates. Your billing period resets at midnight UTC on your anniversary date, which is determined by when you first subscribed. For example, if you subscribed on January 15th at 3:00 PM EST, your billing cycle will reset on the 15th of each month at midnight UTC, regardless of your local time zone.
