For technical issues, bugs, and feature requests:

Open a ticket on our GitHub issue tracker. This is the fastest way to get help with technical problems.

For billing, account issues, or private matters:

Email us at [email protected].

Before opening a ticket

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

• Your Thunderbird version (Help → About Thunderbird)
• Your operating system (macOS, Windows, Linux)
• A description of what you expected vs. what happened
• Any error messages you see
• Steps to reproduce the issue, if possible

Known limitations

TabMail is under active development. Some things to be aware of:

• Plaintext only — Compose features require plaintext mode
• Thunderbird-only — Mobile and web versions are coming soon
• Beta features — Some features are still being refined
